Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Pasco & Polk! Cities Include: Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa,
Anna Maria, Bradenton, Siesta Key -Etc!

Q: Does David Driggers Photography & Wedding Services provide reception time services?
A: NO - We Do Not offer reception time services of any type at this time. (We only do Ceremony Services as of Now!)
We do list "Helpful links" of Local Places & Companies for your convenience to help you in your planning.

Q: About All Pricing, Discounts, Offers & Specials?
A: David Driggers &/or David Driggers has full control of All Pricing, Discounts, Offers & Specials Etc- All can be changed
at any time with or without notice & has the right to honor or not honor Any &/or All Pricing, Discounts, Offers & Specials
Etc- as needed or sees fit to or not, without prior notice & without any liability. Your Price is SET when you book with a
signed contract & date retainer -Your price will not change unless you decide to change or modify your package.

Q: What County or City Permits / Event permits, Fees, Cost -Etc- do we need to get or know about?
A: Most Beaches, Parks, Gardens & Locations are starting to charge Fees & Require Permits & Fees Etc to do Ceremonies        
on their property! A lot of Beaches in Pinellas County are Controlled by The Pinellas County Parks & Rec. Dept. they require a Event/
Special Use Permit it takes at least 15 days & cost $150. + Fl. tax  /per couple This Fee/Cost goes directly to the Pinellas County Parks
& Rec. Dept.! NOTE: All Cost & Fees including Event /Special Use Permit Fees ETC - even if the fee & cost are charged to us Are your responsibility-since we are providing you our services - The Fees & Cost  Are Always Additional & Separate to Our Services Cost.

Q: What if we don't pay prior to the ceremony for any & all cost & fees as described above?
A: We can & will terminate our service and or services you contracted for and there will be no refunds of any type due to
non payment in full of any and all fees as described above...

Q: Can a Ceremony Location raise or make new fees & cost that have to be paid before the ceremony happens?
A: Yes, it is possible for your ceremony location to raise fees &/or create new fees & cost! These fees & cost would have to
be paid to the location that imposed the cost/fees NOT TO US before we could go forward! You would have to Contact the
location to deal with payment of the fees &/or cost!

Q: Does the couple & guest have to have their own liability insurance to be in the the County and/or Park?
A: Maybe, None that we know of does- as far as we know! Please contact the Counties & Parks as needed!

Q: If we (The Bride & Groom) need Wedding liability insurance to use a ceremony location
Or if we just want ins. for piece of mind -Where can we find it?

Q: What can be expected for parking & parking cost?
A: Expect to pay for parking, a few dollars in quarters is best! Sometimes there are dollar bill changers for you to get coins!
Newer parking lots are accepting credit cards at their pay stations.None of these fees & cost are included in our pricing!!!

Q & A CEREMONY LOCATIONS / BEACHES / GARDENS / HOTELS & RESORTS -ETC                      

Q: What Beach or Beaches do you deliver to normally for weddings & ceremonies?
A: Sand Key Beach Park just over the Sand key bridge from Clearwater Beach! & at Ft. Desoto Park Beach in South St. Pete
near the Sky Way Bridge area! (Note: Due to new rules & fees changes - we may change where we are using from time to time!)

Q: What Beaches can we have your Set-up delivered to for our wedding/ceremony?
A: Almost any beach on the West Coast of Florida from Siesta Key to Howard Park Beach.Includes: Siesta Key,
Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, St. Pete Beach Ft. Desoto Park Beach, Sand Key Beach Park,
Howard Park <(Note: Beach Closed till 09/2009), Terri Verde, Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach and many more!

Q: Can we have your Ceremony Set-up at our Hotel/Resort?
A: Yes, But only with proper arrangements and with authorization from the resort! We will need the resort contact persons
name- so that we too can confirm!

Q: Can we have your Ceremony Set-up at another location such as in a garden or at a home etc?
A: Yes, But only with proper arrangements and with authorization from the location! We will need the location contact
persons name- so that we too can confirm!

Q & A BOOKING / CONTRACTS / RETAINERS / FINAL PAYMENT DUE / ALLOWED & NOT ALLOWED 

Q: Is there a Contract to sign?
A: Yes, The contract is to be read and agreed to and signed! And a Date Retainer is due with the contract -see below!

Q: When is the Date Retainer for the package to be paid by?
A: The Date Retainer is due at the time you book and the contract is signed! The Amount of the Retainer at this time is
20% or $100 -which ever is greater!

Q: When is the full amount of the Set-up & or package to be paid by?
A: 2 weeks before the wedding ceremony date!

Q: What other cost or fees do we as the signing party or person have to cover for your company?
A: We require the signing party or person on the contract to cover any cost & fees that is applied to or required by our
company to pay in order to do and or conduct business and or services for you in your desired location such as but not
limited to commercial Wedding fees/cost etc. The fore mentioned is not included as part of our pricing and is in addition
to the price you pay for our services. Note: We cover our own entrance & parking fees up to $20.00 total.

Q: What items etc are NOT allowed on the beaches?
A: Alcohol, Glass, Fire/flame & Pets/animals are NOT allowed on or near the beaches!

Q & A BAD WEATHER POLICIES -ETC                                                                                             

Q: What if the Weather is bad or it is Raining?
A: In the event that the weather is bad or it is raining- You will need to have another place to do the ceremony at. It is your responsibility to have a back up location in this event. We can move our Set-ups to the new location! Any fees or cost for
the back-up location is also your responsibility! We may offer to change the time or come back the next day If the weather
looks better and we are open and able to do so to better serve your needs!

Q & A CEREMONY OFFICIATES - MINISTERS & FLORIDA NOTARIES                                             

Q: Why do we need a Ceremony Officiate/Fl. Notary or Minster?
A: You have to have a Ceremony Officiate- Minster or Fl. Notary in order to get married legally! (No exceptions!)

Q: Does any of your packages include a Ceremony Officiate/Fl. Notary or Minster?
A: Some of our packages may include a Ceremony Officiate, Minister &/or Fl. Notary.

Q & A: Marriage License Information                                                                                                           

Q: Where can we get a marriage license in order to be married in the State of Florida?
A: The marriage license can be obtained in any county of the state of Florida. It does not have to be the county you
are getting married in- it can be any county in Florida.

Q: Who has to be present when applying for a marriage license?
A: Both the bride & groom to be married.

Q: What do we have to present/have with us when applying for a marriage license?
A: One form of valid ID/drivers license for both persons to be married & social security card number for both persons.

Q: From the time we are issued the marriage license- How long do we have to get married?
A: The marriage license must be used with in 60 days in order to be married.

Q: What if we are Florida residents to be married in the State of Florida?
A: The fee in $93.50 Plus a 3 day waiting period before you can get married. *If you take a pre-marital course you can
receive a discount and there is no waiting period.

Q: What if we are NON-Florida residents to be married in the State of Florida?
A: The fee in $93.50 and NO waiting period before you can get married.

Q: Does the marriage license have to be present for us to be married in the State of Florida?
A: Yes, the only way for the ceremony to go forward is for the marriage license to be in front of the the person                
conducting the ceremony. We have to have the marriage license present on the day of the ceremony.
